Major League teams play in a multi-city league called the Western Wisconsin Baseball League (WWBL).  This league consists of teams from the communities of Hudson, New Richmond, Somerset, Hammond (Central St. Croix Rec.), River Falls, and Prescott. 
 

Eligibility

• See the age/league chart for information on age eligibility for this league. 
• According to WWBL rules, players cannot turn 15 prior to Aug. 1st.

Games

• Major League teams will play a 16-game schedule against Hudson teams and the teams from the other communities in the league. 
• This league also features a mid-season All Star game and an End of Year playoff in which each team participates.
• Standings are kept in this league. ​​​​​​​

Field Locations

• Major League teams play their games at the Hudson Town Hall Lower field and fields located in the other communities. 

​​​​​​​Equipment

• Each player will receive a game jersey and hat. 
• Players are responsible for purchasing a pair of white pants. 
• ​​​​​​​Teams will be supplied with a set of catchers equipment, batting helmets, and a variety of bat sizes.

The WWBL and it's teams are considered to be equal to the "A" level of traveling baseball, which is defined by the traveling associations as: "the intermediate level of play essentially designed to be a developmental league to provide a competitive experience until they are ready to advance to a higher competitive level."
