The Hudson Booster Recreation Baseball Program welcomes boys from age 5-14.   This program focuses on teaching the game of baseball, skill development, hard work, teamwork and good sportsmanship.   Like all Booster sports programs, it is designed to develop the total individual, not just the athlete.   The Recreational Program emphasized equal playing time for all participants.

The Hudson Boosters also offers the opportunity for its 9-12 year old players to join Tournament Teams.   These teams provide the experience of playing other communities in a tournament atmosphere.   They involve additional practices and playing in a minimum of two weekend tournaments.  The Tournament Teams provide a great opportunity for players who are just interested in additional competition, as well as those who want to consider trying-out for the Competitive Program.  Player must be participating in the Recreation Program to be considered for a Tournament Team.

The Hudson Booster Program is for children in the Hudson School District that are not a member of another baseball or softball team, whose games and/or practices would conflict with the Hudson Booster Program.  Requests for car-pooling and playing with others will be considered, but there is no guarantee that they will be granted.  There is no guarantee of participating in a recreational program if registration is received after Arpril 15th.

Hudson Booster clinics, and registration dates will be advertised in the Hudson Star Observer Newspaper as well as being posted on the Hudsonbooster.org website calendar.
